Business owner, parent, and a dreamer of big dreams
I have very large ambitions for my life but my feet are firmly on the ground. I believe everyone is here to do brilliant things and to change the world for the better, in our own unique ways.
Doing that requires time, money, headspace, and energy to access our purpose and pursue what matters to us. That becomes possible when the four fundamentals of life are supported: body, people, money, and lifestyle. From that foundation, we begin to reveal our true potential and our own personal brand of brilliance.
Having practiced as a lawyer for 25 years, I understand the pressures of running a business and a family, whilst trying to implement real change in my personal life. There is no perfect time. More often than not, the problem we want to fix is not the issue that needs to be addressed.
My approach to coaching is that we will talk about whatever comes up and we will figure out the blocks to progress. No homework, no preparation. Coaching should be the easiest part of your week, not another task or chore. No matter where we start, you will always gain clarity and a roadmap to your next milestone.

When these four pillars are supported, we begin to reveal our true potential and our own personal brand of brilliance.
Body
Your physical wellbeing is the engine of everything you create. Without a strong foundation, the rest cannot follow.
People
The relationships you build — with yourself, your team, your family — shape the quality of your life and work.
Money
Financial clarity isn't about wealth — it's about freedom. Knowing your numbers gives you the power to choose.
Lifestyle
How you live day to day should reflect your values. When lifestyle aligns with purpose, burnout recedes and energy rises.
All problems are identity problems
Whatever the problem you're facing, the solution is always a shift in personal identity. How you see yourself is the key to making every change that you think your life requires.
People tend to get stuck in the mechanics of what they think they need to do. When stuck for a long time, they start to identify with the state of being stuck. It becomes who they are.
To create a coaching business, I had to let go of my identity as a lawyer. That was difficult because I liked being a lawyer even though I didn't want to practise. It was comfortable, it was solid. Telling people I was a coach felt disingenuous and flaky — but that identity shift was absolutely necessary.
The same is true for any transformation: in your career, your relationships, your finances, your health. If it's proving challenging, I guarantee you're living in the problem and not the completed solution.
That person — the version of you who already has what you want — that's who I help you become.
